Race to stop premature births in twin pregnancies

Summary
This study aims to find the best way to prevent preterm birth in women carrying twins who have a short cervix. It will compare two approaches: using a cervical stitch (cerclage) plus progesterone hormone treatment versus using progesterone treatment alone. Researchers will randomly assign 260 eligible participants to one of these two groups to see which is more effective at helping pregnancies reach a safer gestational age.
