Summary

This study aims to find the better medication to prevent dangerous bleeding after vaginal delivery in women at higher risk. Researchers will compare carbetocin (given by IV) with misoprostol (given rectally) in 146 women at Galilee Medical Center. The main goal is to see which drug more effectively prevents severe blood loss and reduces the need for extra treatments.
