Summary
This study tests whether a preventive endoscopic procedure can stop pancreatitis from returning in frail patients who cannot have gallbladder surgery. Researchers will compare the procedure against standard care in 92 patients across multiple hospitals. The main goal is to see which approach better prevents future pancreas and bile duct problems over one year.
