Summary

This study is testing a combination injection to prevent nausea and vomiting in lung cancer patients who are receiving chemotherapy and radiation at the same time. It will compare two different anti-nausea drug combinations to see which one works better. The goal is to improve comfort and quality of life during this difficult treatment.
