Summary
This study tests whether combining a sustainable Mediterranean diet with personalized exercise can prevent metabolic and muscle problems in young athletes. 70 healthy participants aged 14-25 who exercise regularly will be randomly assigned to different diet and exercise programs. Researchers will measure changes in body fat, muscle mass, and blood markers to find the best prevention strategies.
