First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests whether a digital sleep platform can prevent insomnia in adults who currently have only mild sleep problems. About 1,016 adults across 18 districts in Hong Kong will receive a stepped-care program that offers different levels of support based on their sleep severity. The goal is to see if this approach can improve sleep and stop mild symptoms from turning into full-blown insomnia.
