NCT ID NCT07373587
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a structured exercise and nutrition plan can help older patients (70+) avoid losing the ability to care for themselves during a hospital stay. About 360 patients from a geriatric ward will take part. The goal is to see if personalized resistance and mobility exercises, along with tracking food and protein intake, can prevent disability and keep patients stronger when they leave the hospital.
