NCT ID NCT07124338

First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a personalized exercise and nutrition plan can prevent older patients (70+) from losing strength and independence during a hospital stay. About 25 participants will receive supervised resistance exercises, with some also getting a tailored diet plan. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful, paving the way for a larger study in 2025.
