Summary

This study aims to create a simple screening test to identify young athletes at risk for hip and groin injuries, which affect about 1 in 5 professional athletes each year. Researchers will test 170 athletes aged 14-20 from team sports, comparing strength and flexibility programs to see which best prevents injuries. The goal is to give coaches and trainers a reliable tool to keep athletes healthy and on the field.
