Summary
This study tested whether a sitting position that centers the hip joints can prevent hip dislocation in children with severe cerebral palsy who cannot walk. Seventeen children aged 1 to 6 years took part. Researchers compared the special sitting method to standard care over two years, measuring hip position with X-rays.
