Summary
This study tests whether a telemedicine program led by village doctors can prevent heart failure in older adults (ages 65-80) in rural China who have atrial fibrillation but not yet heart failure. Participants use wearable devices, get lifestyle coaching, and receive remote specialist support. Researchers will track heart health scores, major heart events, and signs of early heart damage over up to 4 years.
