Summary

This study aims to prevent graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in children with high-risk or relapsed blood cancers who receive a stem cell transplant from a half-matched donor. Researchers will add special regulatory immune cells to the donor cells to reduce the risk of GVHD while preserving the body's ability to fight infections. The study involves 64 participants and is currently recruiting.
