Summary
This study tested a personalized training program designed to prevent functional decline in frail older adults who are not yet disabled. Researchers enrolled 80 frail participants aged 65 and older, dividing them into an experimental group receiving the personalized program and a control group receiving standard care. The goal was to see if the training could slow down the loss of ability to perform daily activities and improve overall physical and mental function.
