New hope to shield Seniors' mental health after a fall

Summary
This study is testing if starting a common antidepressant medication right when older adults leave the hospital after a leg fracture can help prevent them from developing depression during their recovery. It will enroll 100 patients aged 65 and older who are not already on similar medications. The main goal is to see if this approach is practical and to identify any barriers to starting the medication.
