Summary

This study is testing whether N-acetylcysteine (NAC) can prevent hearing loss caused by cisplatin chemotherapy. Researchers will compare hearing test results between patients who receive NAC and those who receive a placebo. The goal is to see if this treatment can protect hearing while patients undergo cancer treatment.
