This study tested if a drug called anakinra could prevent severe brain swelling (a condition called ICANS) in patients with aggressive lymphoma receiving a powerful treatment called CAR-T cell therapy. The goal was to see if giving anakinra when early signs of swelling appeared could stop it from becoming severe. The trial was terminated early and enrolled 23 participants who had lymphoma that returned or did not respond to other treatments.
