Summary
This study tests a short-acting drug to prevent dangerous blood pressure spikes that can happen during bowel care in people with spinal cord injury. Researchers will monitor blood pressure and heart activity during at-home bowel care to see if the drug is safe and effective. The study involves 26 adults with a spinal cord injury from at least one year ago.
