New drug aims to stop deadly clots in cancer patients

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug, REGN7508, to see if it can prevent blood clots in people with solid tumors who are receiving cancer treatment. About 860 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo. The study will track how many people develop clots or serious bleeding, and monitor side effects.
