Can a morning mouth guard stop your bite from shifting?
NCT ID NCT07103941
Summary
This study is testing two common methods to prevent unwanted bite changes in people who use a special mouthpiece at night for sleep apnea or snoring. Participants will be randomly assigned to either use a morning alignment device or do daily jaw exercises for three months. The goal is to see which approach better helps keep the teeth fitting together properly while using the nighttime treatment.
