Summary

This study looks at how giving DHA and ARA (two types of healthy fats) to very premature babies affects their body's fat processing and development. Researchers will measure changes in blood fats and related markers. The goal is to understand how these supplements influence growth, inflammation, and organ development in 328 infants born between 25 and 29 weeks of pregnancy.
