Finger puppets may boost preemie brain development

Summary
This study tests whether a special play activity using finger puppets can help preterm infants develop better. Caregivers will use the puppets to get the baby's attention and encourage communication, alongside standard developmental care. The study will enroll 188 preterm babies born before 34 weeks and track their development at 12 months corrected age.
