Summary

This study tests whether Denosumab, a drug used for osteoporosis, can help preserve muscle strength and mobility in frail older adults. Researchers will measure changes in leg strength over time. The study involves 155 people aged 65 and older who live in nursing homes or assisted living and have osteoporosis or low bone mass.
