Summary

This study tests ways to help outpatient clinics provide two key services to people who inject drugs: sterile injection equipment and daily HIV prevention pills (PrEP). The goal is to reduce the risk of HIV and serious infections from injections. About 536 participants and clinic staff will help develop and evaluate these strategies over 12 months.
