Summary
This study tested four strategies to help more women at risk for HIV start and stay on PrEP, a daily pill that prevents HIV. Researchers worked with 724 women at 12 community health clinics in the Midwest and South. The strategies included training clinic staff, educating patients, improving electronic health records, and assigning patient navigators to support women in getting and staying on PrEP.
