Summary
This study looks at whether a thorough geriatric assessment before liver surgery (hepatectomy) can reduce major complications in patients aged 70 and older. Researchers will follow 242 participants to see if this approach improves safety and recovery. The goal is to tailor care for older adults undergoing liver cancer surgery.
