First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether doing yoga during pregnancy can lower a woman's fear of a traumatic birth and improve how she sees herself and her body. Researchers will work with 46 pregnant women who are at least 16 weeks along and have a low-risk pregnancy. The goal is to see if yoga can make the childbirth experience feel less scary and more positive.
