Capsule vs. gummy: which prenatal vitamin works better?
NCT ID NCT07226414
Summary
This study aims to compare how two different forms of prenatal vitamins—a capsule and a gummy—affect nutrient levels in pregnant women. Researchers will measure changes in iron and other key nutrients in the blood of 40 healthy women during their second trimester after taking one of the supplements daily for 12 weeks. The goal is to understand if one form is more effective at delivering important nutrients.
