Summary

This study looks at how two different prenatal vitamins—a capsule and a gummy—affect iron levels in healthy pregnant women. About 40 women in their second trimester will take one type daily for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the capsule leads to higher iron levels compared to the gummy.
