Summary
This study looks at whether giving fatty acid supplements to pregnant African American women living in low-income areas can lower their stress and improve their baby's growth and brain development. About 168 women will take part, and researchers will track stress levels and baby outcomes. The goal is to see if better nutrition during pregnancy can help both mom and child.
