Pilates during pregnancy may speed up Post-Baby body recovery
NCT ID NCT07344857
Summary
This study looked at whether doing Pilates exercises during pregnancy helps women's bodies recover faster after having a baby. Researchers followed 42 new mothers to see if those who did Pilates until delivery had better joint stability and less pain at 6 weeks postpartum compared to those who received standard care. The goal was to understand if this specific exercise program supports faster recovery in the early months after childbirth.
