Summary
This study is testing a new prenatal education program designed to help first-time mothers. It aims to reduce their fear of childbirth, change unhelpful beliefs about pain, and increase their confidence for a normal delivery. The program is being compared to standard hospital prenatal classes to see if it provides better support.
