Summary

This study looks at how a medicine called dexamethasone, given during pregnancy to prevent a rare hormone disorder (congenital adrenal hyperplasia), might affect children's thinking and memory. Researchers will compare children who received the drug with those who did not, including healthy siblings and unrelated children. The goal is to clarify if the drug causes any learning or memory problems.
