Summary
This study looked at how well the drug letermovir passes from a pregnant woman to her fetus in the second trimester. It involved 7 women who were already scheduled to end their pregnancy for other reasons. The goal was to measure drug levels in fetal blood and amniotic fluid to see if they could fight congenital cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection.
