Summary
This study aimed to see if a new, detailed care plan for the first critical hour after birth was practical to use for extremely premature or very low birth weight babies. It planned to measure how often the plan could be followed and identify what might make it hard to use. The goal was to gather information to improve future care, not to test a new treatment.
