Can getting stronger before cancer treatment lead to better recovery?

Summary
This study is testing whether a 'prehabilitation' program—which includes personalized exercise, nutritional advice, and psychological counseling—can help people with head and neck cancer better handle their upcoming surgery or chemoradiotherapy. The program starts about a month before treatment and continues through it, aiming to improve patients' strength, nutrition, and mental well-being. Researchers will track 60 participants to see if the program is practical to follow and if it leads to better physical function and quality of life during and after cancer treatment.
