Can Pre-Surgery workouts make your new knee feel more natural?
NCT ID NCT06290336
Summary
This study is testing if a program of exercise and education before knee replacement surgery helps people recover better. It will compare 110 patients who do supervised workouts twice a week before surgery to those who receive standard care. The main goal is to see if this 'prehabilitation' leads to better knee function, less awareness of the joint, and higher patient satisfaction one year after the operation.
