Summary
This study is testing if a special 4-week training and education program before a heart procedure helps people with atrial fibrillation recover better. It will compare 100 patients who do the pre-surgery program to those who get standard care. The main goals are to see if the program improves fitness and reduces heart rhythm problems after the procedure.
