Summary
This study is testing whether a 4-week exercise and education program before a heart procedure helps patients recover better. It will compare 100 patients who get this 'prehabilitation' to those who receive standard care. The goal is to see if the program improves fitness, reduces heart rhythm problems after the procedure, and eases patients' fear of movement.
