Can simple exercises during pregnancy prevent Post-Birth problems?
NCT ID NCT07104292
Summary
This study is testing whether a home-based pelvic floor muscle training program during pregnancy can prevent common issues like urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and sexual dysfunction after giving birth. First-time pregnant women will be randomly assigned to either follow the training program or receive standard care. Researchers will track participants' symptoms throughout pregnancy and for six months after delivery to see if the exercises make a difference.
