Summary

This study is testing different ways to provide nutritional supplements to pregnant women in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to see which method works best at preventing problems like babies being born too small, too early, or stillborn. Researchers will enroll 6,750 pregnant women and give them special energy and protein supplements, then track their health and their babies' health through pregnancy and after birth. The goal is to find the most effective and cost-effective way to deliver this nutritional support to improve pregnancy outcomes.
