Summary
This study follows 1,436 women in Nepal who sought pregnancy termination services to understand the health consequences of unwanted pregnancy and being denied a legal abortion. Researchers will track physical and mental health, child development, and family well-being over three years. The goal is to gather data that can inform policies and support services.
