Could three daily doses better protect moms from dangerous blood clots?

NCT ID NCT04861103

Summary

This study is testing if giving a common blood-thinning medication three times a day, instead of the usual two, provides more consistent protection against blood clots in high-risk pregnant women. Pregnancy increases the risk of clots, and current dosing often doesn't keep medication levels steady enough. Researchers will measure drug levels in 12 participants to see if the new schedule works better.
