Summary
This study tested if sending pregnant women text messages with links to trustworthy health websites could help them stay more physically active. Researchers recruited 82 women who were not meeting activity guidelines and split them into groups receiving different numbers of messages. They tracked activity using a Fitbit to see if the messages made a difference.
