Summary
This study is testing a program called 'Sit Less, Move More' to help pregnant women reduce their sitting time and increase safe physical activity. Researchers will enroll 60 pregnant women to use a Fitbit, receive coaching, and exercise with a partner. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helps improve health outcomes for both mothers and babies.
