Could Mom's couch time during pregnancy shape Baby's future health?
NCT ID NCT07172880
Summary
This study aims to understand how a mother's daily patterns of sitting, physical activity, and sleep during pregnancy might influence her child's growth and future risk for obesity and heart problems. Researchers will follow 800 mother-child pairs, using activity monitors during pregnancy and tracking the child's health up to age two. The goal is to gather information that could lead to future advice or programs to help mothers have healthier pregnancies and give their children a healthier start.
