Summary
This study compared two common pain medicines, pregabalin and gabapentin, given before surgery to 142 adults having leg or hip operations under spinal anesthesia. The goal was to see which one provided better pain control and longer relief after the procedure. Results showed which drug worked best for reducing pain and delaying the need for extra painkillers.
