Summary
This study tested whether pregabalin, a drug used for nerve pain, can reduce pain and urinary symptoms in men with chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome. 324 men took either pregabalin or a placebo for 6 weeks. The main goal was to see if symptoms improved enough to make a real difference in daily life.
