Summary

This study tests a new oral drug called imlunestrant in premenopausal women with estrogen receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer. Some participants will also receive a drug to suppress ovarian function. The effects on tumor cells and ovaries will be compared with those of tamoxifen, a standard treatment. The trial has two groups: one treated for up to 29 days and another for up to 6 months, involving 600 women total.
