Blood test could help some moms avoid unnecessary early delivery

Summary
This study is testing whether using a specific blood test can help doctors decide when to deliver babies for women with a mild form of preeclampsia. The goal is to safely delay delivery for some women, allowing their babies more time to develop, without increasing risks to the mother. About 750 pregnant women will be randomly assigned to have their care guided by this new test or by the current standard timing.
