Can a common steroid shield the liver during cancer radiation?

Summary

This study tests whether taking prednisone before and during radiation therapy can reduce liver inflammation in people with liver cancer. About 20 participants will take prednisone for a short time around their radiation sessions. The goal is to see if this approach lowers the risk of liver damage from radiation.
